Transplanted from the Western administrative litigation system during the period of Beijing authorities, the Republic of China, the Administrative Judgment Institute was the first administrative judicial organ in the Chinese history. The past decade has seen that the Chinese scholars have achieved a lot in the researches about the Administrative Judgment Institute, but it is still insufficient. It is necessary, by means of analyzing the current research results and classifying some of the representative papers, to reflect on the gains and losses of the researches about the Administrative Judgment Institute in recent years, outline some reflections and provide references for relevant researches in the future.
