| “幸福是什么”是传统幸福研究中的理论原点，但是，以“幸福是什么”作为问题的起点，对幸福的研究而言，是有所欠缺的，这一问题的提出是运用现成论思维方式的结果，具有思维方式和研究方法的局限性。为了从“观念的世界”回到“生活世界”，有必要坚持生成论的哲学立场，实现幸福研究中言说方式的必要转换。 |

| The research of happiness-ability must be from that of happiness. According to substance thinking mode, happiness has been incorporated into a simplistic form of psychological or cognitive framework, and it has become a solidification entity. Although discourse about happiness has been described with thousands of words, many people have no conclusion. The position of generativism has been a necessary choice to achieve breakthroughs of research about happiness. The way of asking problems about happiness should be changed from “what is happiness” to “what does happy mean” and “how to be happy”. |
