| Mao Zedong,as the leader and the pioneer of China’s financial business,established the ideological line of seeking truth from facts,the basic policy of making overall plans and taking all factors into consideration,the methodology of thinking in dialectical view,the value ending of caring people’s livelihood,and the guiding theory of paying equal attention to production and saving finances.All of the basic principles he put forward have positive significance to the prevalent problems of impractical budget,unbalance in urban and rural finance,excessive debts in finance of livelihood of the people,and exorbitant administrative costs. |
