| 当前思想政治工作原则增量创新是解决思想政治工作遇到的政治问题、经济问题和文化问题及自身问题的内在要求。加强原则增量创新有利于提炼思想政治工作的客观规律,立足于现实,及时调整自己的内容、形式、方法、手段、机制;有利于思想政治工作更加清晰地明确自己的落脚点着眼点;有利于思想政治工作兼容并蓄,不断适应新的环境和条件,提高效率,达到思想政治工作效果。也是促进思想政治教育科学化发展的内在动力,是促进思想政治教育的与时俱进,增强时代感与建设社会主义核心价值体系的内在要求。以社会主义核心价值体系增量创新思想政治工作原则包括:以人为本原则,"三贴近"原则,人文关怀和心理疏导相结合的原则,利益原则等。 |

| Currently,the principle of ideological and political work’s incremental innovation is an internal requirement to deal with the political issue,economic issue,cultural issue and self problems encountered in ideological and political work.Strengthening the principle incremental innovation is propitious?to refine the objective laws of ideological and political work,to be established in reality and to timely adjust one’s content,form,methods,means and mechanisms;it is good for ideological and political work to clarify its foothold and focus;it is good for inclusively ideological and political work,so as to constantly adapt to new environments and conditions,to improve efficiency and to achieve the effect of ideological and political work.It is also an internal motivation to promote ideological and political education’s scientific development,to keep pace with the times so as to promote ideological and political education.It is an internal requirement to enhance the sense of the times and build socialist kernel value system.The principle of incremental innovation in ideological and political work based on socialist kernel value system include the people-oriented principle,"three-close" principle(close to reality,life and the masses),principle of combining humanistic care with psychological counseling,and the interests principle. |
