| Iris Murdoch’s novels are always full of weird love stories,in which the complicated relationships between characters and their love stories are the focal point in her literary writing.Focusing on her novel A Severed Head,we have an analysis of the unstable relationships in the story and the narrative tension on the discourse level as to the narrative progression,the transition from social ethics to religious belief as to the narrative judgment and in the respect of narrative language,reveal the position role of narrative mode and the tropical language in theme and configuration. |
