| 全球化时代的来临,文化软实力逐渐成为国际间的核心竞争力。全球化态势下提升我国文化软实力,有利于在国际政治格局大变动中维护我国领土和主权完整,捍卫祖国统一;有利于抵制西方文化价值观的渗透,维护我国文化和意识形态的安全;有利于在国际社会日益凸显政权合法性中保持我国政治稳定和社会和谐。全球化竞争中提升我国文化软实力面临着西方国家延续冷战思维、中华民族文化认同危机、我国硬实力支撑力量相对薄弱带来的挑战。全球化视野下提升我国文化软实力,必须确立符合人类共同利益要求的文化发展方向;创新和发展我国传统文化,提高中华文化影响力和世界认同感;积极主动吸取西方发达国家提升文化软实力的成功经验。 |

| The soft power of culture gradually becomes the core international competitiveness in the era of globalization.Under the globalization background,promoting the soft power of Chinese culture helps to maintain the territory and sovereignty of China,to resist the aggression of Western culture values and keep the characteristic of Chinese culture,and to keep a political stability and harmonious society in the prominent regime-legitimacy accepted by international society.We face such challenges as the thinking of cold war by Western countries,the identity crisis of Chinese culture,and our weak hard power.We must establish the culture developmental direction in accordance with the interests of human.We must innovate and develop Chinese traditional culture in order to improve cultural influence of Chinese culture and the identity from the world.We must actively learn the successful experiences of promoting the soft power from the Western countries. |
