| The independent college is a product of reform and innovation on Chinas higher education, which alleviates the contradiction of high education demand of social development to the gap of educational resource provided by the nation. The scientific operation mechanism of independent college fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of all parties, the independent institute shows vigorous development trend. Though a common desire to the development of independent college in public universities and investment, it is hard to an agreement on each motive. Short-term profit maximization motives of investors makes the professional curriculum, majors, research and teachers as an interest acquisition tool, which lags the teaching team construction in independent college. Introducing dynamic theory, building a theory model, and analysis of the issues existed in the teaching team construction in independent colleges from the empty game theory, this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the construction of high-level teaching team construction, which is of realistic significance. |
