| According to freedom and practice of the press, there is a legal construction for the reporters privilege. However, from the judiciary perspective, the reporters privilege restrains the public from knowing the truth, and thus sabotages judicial justice. The controversy over the paradox of the reporters privilege is a game between the free press and the judicial justice, which is also the balance and decision-making of the law over two values. |
