| With influence on the world and people s living standard, Internet has changed human language pattern. Chinese netizens have entered an era of “micro-language” with the booming of online media, such as micro-blog or twitter, we-talk, hint fiction or micro-fiction, micro-movie, and so on. This paper probes into the classification and features of micro-language, analyzes the sociality of pragmatic balance, and explores the ways to achieve the pragmatic balance from the perspective of pragmatic narrowing and broadening. |
