| 从“国家-社会”关系纵向演变的视角看，20世纪以来中国农村文化发展经历了三个时期。传统国家-社会关系转型时期，相关研究主要关注乡村文化转变动向、乡民抗争性文化和国家与乡村社会文化衔接机制的变化。国家对农村社会高度整合时期，相关研究主要关注国家对农村文化改造的方式与强度，以及文化改造带来的农村社区文化与农村相关行动者行为逻辑的变化。国家体制性权力退出农村社会后的乡政村治时期，相关研究主要关注农村某些传统文化元素的复兴与农村公共文化的重塑。梳理三个时期的中国农村文化研究对新农村文化建设的启示为：文化建设首先要确保国家主流文化价值观“留乡”、“在乡”，引领农村文化发展方向；二要重视农村地方性文化网络对国家主流价值观“乡土化”的承接作用；三要关注农村文化受众的文化需求；四要注重发挥农村中传统的、惯习性文化的正向功能。 |

| From the longitudinal evolution perspective of the “statesociety” relationship, since the 20th century China rural cultural development has experienced three stages. During the period of the traditional relationship transition between the state and society, related research mainly focus on the change trend of rural culture, the farmer contending culture, the change of cultural cohesion between the state and rural society. During the period of the state integrating the rural society, the related research mainly focus on the way and the strength how the state transformed the rural areas by the culture, and the changes in rural community culture and behavior logic of the rural related actors. During the period of village governance. after the state power from the rural society, the related research mainly focus on some elements of traditional culture revival and the public culture of the countryside remodeling. Implications of carding the three periods of the research on the rural cultural of china for the construction of new rural culture as: Culture building must first ensure national mainstream cultural values in the countryside, leading the direction of the development of rural culture; The second should pay attention to the rural network of local culture to undertake the role of making the national mainstream value down to earth; the third should pay attention to the farmers’ culture requirements; The fourth should pay attention to play a positive function of traditional and habitual culture in the rural areas. |
