| The political foundation, the top-level design, and the strategic layout have constituted the distinguishing features of Xi Jinping to insist on and develop the socialism with Chinese characteristics. Through a scientific assessment of Mao Zedong and the practice of Chinese traditional socialism, Xi Jinping clarifies the fogs in political areas, cleans up the theoretical terrace of the socialism with Chinese characteristics and provides solidly political foundations. The Chinese Dream, proposed through the consideration of strategic layout, not only setups the basic goals for the socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also builds consensus and constructs ideological discourse power. The Four Comprehensives have manifested the principle of national character, the transformation of practical logic, and a strong problem-based tendency. |
